Ingredients: 1 1/2 lb Mushrooms; 1/2 c Garlic olive oil; 1/2 c Dry white wine; 1/4 lb Butter; 1 bn Parsley; chopped

It is the brightest star that ever cast its radiance over the darkened soul, and one that seldom sets in the gloom of morbid fancies and forboding imaginations.

Mushroom Saute’

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2	lb	Mushrooms
1/2	c	Garlic olive oil
1/2	c	Dry white wine
1/4	lb	Butter
1	bn	Parsley; chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

Slice 1 1/2 pounds of mushrooms 1/4 inch thick. Saute in a heavy frying pan
with 1/4 pound butter, 1/2 cup garlic olive oil, and 1 bunch of chopped
parsley. When half cooked, add 1/2 cup of dry white wine, cover and cook
until tender.
