INSTRUCTIONS
Drain mushrooms, reserving liquid. Saute mushrooms in butter about 5
minutes. Add salt, pepper, and sherry; simmer about 5 minutes. Stir
in rice; add liquid drained from mushrooms and heat thoroughly.
