INSTRUCTIONS
Saut. mushrooms in butter until light brown. Simmer 2 minutes. Blend sour
cream, egg yolk, salt and pepper until smooth. Add to mushrooms. Heat,
stirring constantly, until blended. Pour into a shallow baking dish and
sprinkle with parsley and cheese. Bake 10 minutes at 425° until cheese is
melted. Yield: 4 servings.
