Mustard Dill Sauce

INGREDIENTS

4 tb Dark; highly seasoned prepared mustard
1 ts Powdered mustard
3 tb Sugar
2 tb White vinegar
1/3 c Vegetable oil
3 tb Fresh chopped dill

INSTRUCTIONS

In a small bowl, combine the prepared mustard, powdered mustard, sugar, and
vinegar to make a paste. Using a whisk, beat in the oil in a slow stream
until well combined. Stir in the chopped dill. Store covered in the
refrigerator.
Yield: 3/4 cup
