Mustard Dressing

Chinese Dressing 4 Servings

INGREDIENTS

1 tb Powdered mustard
2 tb Soy sauce
2 tb Vinegar
1 ts Sugar
3 dr Sesame oil; more or less

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Combine all ingredients in a jar. Cap tightly; then shake well to
blend.
2. Refrigerate 3 to 4 hours to "develop" the flavor. Use with blanched
bean sprouts or cold chicken.
