INSTRUCTIONS
TOPPING
Mix first 5 ingredients with a fork and pour into buttered casserole dish.
You can use spray for the dish. Sprinkle with topping and bake
30 minutes at 350°.
Topping:Mix and sprinkle over top of potatoes.
