Nancy Clark’s Milanese Dressing

INGREDIENTS

1/4 c Olive oil
2 tb Balsamic vinegar
2 tb Chopped fresh basil; or 1 tsp dried
1 ts Dried oregano
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Cayenne

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix all ingredients and chill. Serve over Mesclun mix.
Betsy's Notes: I added 1/4 tsp of sugar and a few sprinkles of garlic
powder.
