INGREDIENTS

Bulk Italian Sausage crumbled and fried (drain all but 2 tablespoons of grease) |

Green peppers sliced in rings |

Beer ( I have used the non alcoholic kind and it works fine) |
INSTRUCTIONS
Add peppers and onions, mushrooms and garlic to drained sausage stir fry
adding a little beer and letting it cook down stirring every now and then.
The trick with this is that you don.t want a lot of juice so you add the
beer a little at a time and let it cook down. To serve open submarine rolls
and put sausage mixture on buns lay the Jack cheese on top and broil until
