No-bake Pie Crusts

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 c Crumbs*
1/4 c Confectioner's sugar
optional
1/4 c Butter, melted
1 t Cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS

Stir ingredients together.  Place in a 9 in pie pan. Pat mixture
firmly against bottom and sides of the pan to form a pie shell. A
half-cup measuring cup can be an aid to shaping the sides. Chill well
before filling. *Crumbs = One of the following, crushed Graham
crackers Zweiback Bread or toast crumbs Cornflakes, crushed Ginger
snaps Oreo cookies Vanilla Wafers Shortbread Cookies Whatever strikes
your fancy An example, fer instance: 1 No-bake pie shell with Oreo
cookies 1 Pkg Jello or Royal lime flavored pudding 1 Cup Cool Whip or
similar topping 1 Tbs green sprinkles 1 Tbs chocolate chips Prepare
the crust ahead and refrigerate overnight.. Make the pudding per
package directions. (Lime may be hard to find. Use vanilla with 1/4 C
lime juice and few drops green food coloring and a bit of lime zest)
Cool the pudding and fill shell. Top with Cool Whip, sprinkles and
chocolate chips. Give free reign to you imagination, no holds barred!
