Noodle, Cheese And Veggie Casserole

INGREDIENTS

8 oz Egg Noodles, medium wide
1 T Salt
3 qt Water, boiling
8 oz Yogurt, plain
8 oz Cottage cheese, creamed
10 oz Green beans, frozen
1/2 c Onion, minced
1 c Cheddar cheese, shredded

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 400F.  Gradually add noodles and salt to rapidly
boiling water so that water  continues to boil.  Cook, uncovered,
stirring occasionally, until tender; drain in  colander.  In a separate
bowl, combine yogurt and cottage cheese.  In a 2-quart round baking
dish, combine noodles, yogurt mixture,  beans and onion.  Top with
Cheddar cheese.  Bake 20 to 25 mins, or until cheese is melted and
