INGREDIENTS

1/2 lb Oats
1/2 lb Flour
Salt
1/2 oz Yeast
1/2 pt Tepid water

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix oats, flour and salt. Mix yeast into 1/2 pint tepid water (according to
instructions). Mix all together and let stand for 30 minutes. (Mix should
be quite runny). Melt a drop of margarine in skillet. Pour in enough to
make one oatcake.
