Old-Fashioned Potato Salad

INGREDIENTS

8 md Potatoes, boiled in skins
8 Eggs
6 lg Stalks celery, washed chopped medium
1 md Sweet onion diced fine
1/8 c Sweet relish
2 tb Juice from relish
1 tb Yellow mustard
1 tb Creamy horseradish
1/2 c Best foods Helmans
1/2 c Miracle Whip
1/2 c Dairy sour cream
1/2 ts Dill weed
1/2 ts Celery seed
1 1/2 ts Salt (or to taste)
1/4 ts Pepper
1 ds Paprika, garnish on top

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook potatoes App. 25-30 minutes. Check for doneness, by piercing with
fork. Drain, Cool. Peel potatoes, cut into 1/4 in cubes. (small pieces
absorb flavor of seasonings easier) Boil 8 Eggs, hard boil stage app. 15
minutes. cool and mash 5 eggs, reserve 3 for garnish. While potatoes and
eggs are cooling combine the following 13 ingredients in large mixing bowl,
mix together, let stand for at least 15 minutes, refrigerated.
Add Potatoes to mixture, along with mashed eggs toss until all potatoes are
coated. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Garnish with remaining hard-boiled
egg-sliced and sprinkle with Paprika. Serves 8-10 people. Posted to TNT -
