Open Face Turkey And Chutney Sandwiches

INGREDIENTS

6 oz Cream cheese, softened
3 T Mango chutney, chopped
1/2 t Curry powder, up to 1
4 Bays english muffins, split
lightly toasted
Baby lettuce leaves
1/2 lb Sliced cooked turkey
8 Tomato, halved
8 English cucumber, halved

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine cream cheese, chutney and curry powder; spread on toasted
muffins. Top with lettuce. Alternate slices of turkey, tomato and
cucumber; garnish with a dollop of spread and cucumber.  Notes: Cream
cheese punctuated with the mild heat of mango chutney and  curry powder
makes an intriguing partner for leftover turkey breast  and cool tomato
and cucumber slices. Serve these open-face sandwiches  as a light
