Orchard Mince Pie

INGREDIENTS

1 9" Pie Crust; unbaked
2 c Medium Apples; peeled and fine chop
1 c Prepared Mincemeat
3/4 c Light Cream
3/4 c Brown Sugar; packed
1/4 tb Salt
1/2 c Chopped Nuts

INSTRUCTIONS

In large mixing bowl, combine apples, mincemeat, cream, brown sugar and
salt. Blend well. Pour into an unbaked pie shell; sprinkle with nuts. Bake
at 375° for 40 to 50 minutes until crust is golden brown.
