1 Papaya, peeled seeded
finely chopped
1 c Seeded tomatoes
1/2 c Peeled seeded cucumber
1/4 c Finely chopped green onion
3 T Fresh lime juice
1 T Chopped fresh cilantro
1 T Seeded jalapeno chili
Low-fat tortilla chips

INSTRUCTIONS

Here's a pretty and fresh-tasting salsa that is great with low-fat
tortilla chips.  Celery sticks and bell pepper strips also make good,
healthful "scoops".  DIRECTIONS: =========== Combine first 7
ingredients in medium bowl.  Season to taste with salt and pepper. (Can
be prepared 4 hours ahead.  Cover and refrigerate.)  Let stand at room
temperature 30 minutes  before serving. Serve with tortilla chips.  Per
