INSTRUCTIONS
Place the mozzarella evenly on the pizza base with the parmesan. Drizzle
with olive oil and season with the pepper and salt. Bake in a hot oven
(200C/415F) for about 8-10 minutes until brown.
Serve with a tomato, olive and basil salad.
