Ingredients: 6 oz Kidney beans; sm Can drained tomatoes.; Chili powder to taste.; Place in oven proof dish and; Top with 4 oz mashed parsnip; Dot with; 2 ts Margarine.; Bake in oven until parsnips; Are brown.
