INGREDIENTS

400 g Your favourite Pasta
Half a cup of really good olive oil
Add a huge tablespoon of tapenade – black
; olive paste
Lots of finely chopped preserved lemon
Freshly ground pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook and drain 400g your favourite pasta and reserve some of the water. To
half a cup of water or half a cup of really good olive oil add a huge
tablespoon of tapenade -black olive paste and stir to mix. Stir this
through the pasta and top with lots of finely chopped preserved lemon and
freshly ground pepper. If mix is a little too dry add some more of the
pasta water.
