Pasta With Marinara Sauce

INGREDIENTS

200 g MAGGI Pasta – Penne
1 MAGGI Napolitana Pasta Sauce
Mix
3/4 c Boiling water
2 T Olive oil
1 Garlic cloves, crushed 1 to
1 t Paprika
1/4 t Chilli powder
500 g Marinara mix or mixed
seafood cut into small
pieces
1/2 c Red or white wine

INSTRUCTIONS

Add the pasta to a large quantity of boiling salted water and cook for
approximately 11 minutes or until just tender.  While the pasta is
cooking, prepare the sauce. Place the sauce mix in  a bowl. Add the
boiling water and whisk until smooth. Set the sauce  aside.  Heat the
oil in a frying pan. Add the garlic, paprika and chilli  powder and
cook, stirring over a low heat for 1 minute.  Add the seafood to the
pan and cook over a moderate heat for 2-3  minutes, or until the
seafood is almost cooked.  Add the wine and simmer for 1 minute. Stir
the sauce into the seafood  mixture.  Drain the pasta and place in a
serving dish. Top with the sauce and  serve immediately.  " This recipe
