4 Red snapper fillets -; (8 oz ea)
1/2 c Pecan pieces
Salt and pepper; to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees. Prepare the red snapper with salt and
pepper to taste, then coat the fillets with pecans. Bake for approximately
ten minutes.
