INGREDIENTS

1 c Butter or margarine; softened
1/2 c Confectioners sugar
1 ts Vanilla
2 1/4 c All purpose flour
1/4 ts Salt
3/4 c Finely chopped pecans
Additional confectioners sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

This is from Taste of Home--Dec./Jan. 1995
In a mixing bowl, cream butter, sugar, and vanilla; mix well. Combine the
flour and salt; add to creamed mixture. Stir in pecans. Chill. Roll into
1-in. balls and place on ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for
10-12 minutes. Roll in confectioners sugar while warm. Cool; roll in sugar
again. Yield: about 4 dozen.
