Pecan Oatmeal Bread -abm

INGREDIENTS

10 oz Water
1 T Vegetable Oil
1 c All purpose white flour
1 c Fine ground oatmeal
1/2 c Whole wheat flour
1/4 c Coarse ground pecans
1/4 c Wheat germ
1/4 c Wheat bran
2 T Gluten
1 t [rounded] salt
1 t [rounded] yeast
1 t [heaped] brown sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

Grind rolled oats into meal in a blender. Add liquids, flours, other
dry ingredients and yeast in the order recommended by the machine's
manufacturer. Set cycle to whole wheat, medium crust.  Jim Weller
