Pecan-orange French Toast

4 Eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 c Orange juice concentrate
1/2 c Milk
1/2 c Finely-ground pecans
1/2 t Vanilla
1/8 t Cinnamon
1 pn Nutmeg
10 French bread -, ea 1"

Unsalted butter
Maple syrup
Powdered sugar
Cooked sausage links

INSTRUCTIONS

In a shallow bowl beat together eggs, orange juice concentrate, milk,
pecans, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg. Dip bread into egg mixture,
coating both sides. (Soak for 30 seconds on each side.) In a skillet
melt 1 tablespoon butter and cook the bread on both sides over medium
heat for 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until golden. Serve with
butter, syrup, powdered sugar and sausage. This recipe yields 5
