Pecan Rolls

INGREDIENTS

1/2 c Butter or margarine
3 ts Icing sugar or finely
Granulated sugar
1 ts Vanilla
1 1/4 c Flour
3/4 c Crushed pecans (or walnuts,
If you prefer)

INSTRUCTIONS

Cream butter. Add sugar and vanilla. Add flour nuts. Dough will appear
loose and crumbly but should stick together when squeezed. Squeeze small
nuggets of dough and shape to logs, about 2-inches long and 1/2 inch wide.
Bake at 325 F for 25 to 30 minutes. Roll in icing sugar while still hot.
