Peking Salmon

INGREDIENTS

4 Salmon steaks or 1 filet; (whole or cut into portions)
1/4 c Brown or hot or spicy mustard
2 tb Soy sauce
2 tb Orange juice

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix the 3 sauce ingredients together and spoon over the salmon. You may
refrigerate for 3-4 hours or you may cook right away.
Broil for 10-15 minutes or bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes. VOILA!
This is my family's all time favorite. DELISH!
