Penne With Grilled Salmon, Asparagus And Lemon Butter

Asparagus, Mushrooms 4 Servings

INGREDIENTS

8 oz Penne
2 Salmon steaks, about 1/2
inch thick
1 t Soy sauce
8 oz Asparagus, cut diagonal the
same size as the penne
6 T Butter
1/2 t Fresh grated ginger
1 Garlic clove
1 T Fresh lemon juice
1 T Grated lemon zest
30 conds. Add lemon juice and zest. Toss the pasta, asparagus

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook pasta until al dente, about 12 minutes. Brush salmon with soy
sauce on both sides. Grill or broil until almost cooked, about 3
minutes each side. Cool slightly and pull into flakes, discarding
bones. Steam asparagus until crisp, tender, about 4 minutes. Drain
pasta and melt butter in the large pot. Add ginger and garlic, saute
and melted butter, then gently toss in the salmon. Poste in KitMail  by
