Penne with Spinach and Ham

INGREDIENTS

1 lb Penne pasta
3 tb Olive oil
1 ts Garlic-flavored oil
1 ts Salt
1/2 ts Crushed red pepper
1 pk (10 oz.) fresh spinach, coarsely chopped
1 lb Smoked ham, cut into 1×1/4-inch-thick strips
1 1/2 c Shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
2. Meanwhile, combine oils, salt and red pepper in large bowl.
3. Drain pasta in colander, reserving 1/2 cup pasta water. Add hot pasta
with reserved pasta water to bowl, tossing with oil mixture, spinach, ham
and cheese until spinach wilts and cheese melts. Makes 6 servings.
