Pennsylvania-Dutch Scrapple

INGREDIENTS

2 c Ground pork
2 c Ground beef
3 c Meat broth
2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
1 1/2 ts Sage
1 Single cayenne pepper to taste
1 c Cornmeal

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine pork, beef, and broth in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Add seasonings.
Stir cornmeal into meat mixture, stirring constantly. Cook for 30 minutes.
Pour into loaf pan, chill until firm. Cut into thin slices and fry in
lightly-greased skillet until browned.
