Pepper Steak

INGREDIENTS

3 tb Soy sauce
1 ts Sugar
1 ts Garlic powder
1/2 ts Ground ginger
3/4 lb Pepper steak meat
4 ts Corn starch
1 sm Green pepper; sliced
1 sm Red pepper ;sliced
4 Scallions cut in 1 inch strips
1 c Beef broth

INSTRUCTIONS

SOURCE: Minute Rice Box
Mix soy sauce, sugar, garlic, and ginger to form a marinade. Marinate meat
20 minutes. Stir fry pepper steak until brown. Add peppers and scallions
and stir fry until tender. Mix cornstarch and beef broth and add to
skillet. Bring to a boil and boil one minute. Serve over rice or noodles.
