INGREDIENTS

1 lb Pecan halves
Butter or margarine
2 ts Worcestershire sauce
3 dr Tabasco; more or less
Salt
White pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Saut. 1 pound pecan halves in a little butter or margarine. Add 2 teaspoons
Worcestershire sauce, a few dashes of Tabasco, salt, and white pepper.
Roast at 300° for 20 minutes, or until brown. Yield: 1 pound nuts.
