1 t Active dry yeast
3/4 c Sourdough starter
1/4 c Milk, or water
2 T Tomato paste
1 T Cooking oil
2 c Bread flour, or all-purpose
1/2 c Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/3 c Pepperoni sausage, finely
chopped
2 t Sugar
1/2 t Salt
1/2 t Dried oregano, crushed
double for fresh oregano
1 1/2 und: active dry yeast 1 tsp. Sourdough starter
1 1/4 c ps milk or water 2 Tbs. tomato paste , ps milk or water 2 Tbs. tomato paste 3

INSTRUCTIONS

Tbs. cooking oil                        1 Tbs. bread or all purpose
flou 3 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded 3/4 cup pepperoni, finely
chopped 1/2 cup sugar 1 Tbs. salt                               3/4
tsp. dried oregano, crushed 3/4 tsp. (double for fresh)  Add
ingredients to machine according to manufacturers directions.  Crust to
