Peppery Sauteed Shredded Cabbage (tabasco)

INGREDIENTS

4 T Butter or margarine
3 c Shredded green cabbage
3 c Shredded red cabbage
1 Onion, diced
1 t Salt
3/4 t TABASCO pepper sauce
1/4 t Cracked black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

In 12-inch skillet, over medium heat, melt butter. Add green and red
cabbage, onion, salt, TABASCO sauce and black pepper; cook 10-15
minutes until tender, stirring occasionally.  Makes 4 to 6 servings.
