Perry’s Chicken Wings

INGREDIENTS

1 qt Peanut Oil For Frying; no substitutions
1 pk Chicken Wings (Second And Third Joints); Approx.12 Wings
1/2 c Butter; No Substitutions
1/2 c Frank's Red Hot Sauce
1 ts Vinegar
1 ds Garlic Powder
1 ds Pepper
Ranch Or Blue Cheese Dressing For Dipping
Celery Sticks For Garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oil in a deep fryer to 375 degrees. Deepfry wings 10 to 12 at a
time, until golden brown, approx. 10 to 12 minutes. Place wings on paper
towels to drain. In a medium saucepan, melt butter. Add red hot sauce,
vinegar, garlic powder and pepper. Bring to a simmer and add chicken wings.
Toss wings in sauce for a few minutes. Serve with ranch or blue cheese
dressing with celery sticks for garnish.
If you like your wings hotter add additonal sauce (to taste) to the butter.
