INGREDIENTS

3/4 c Sugar
1 c Flour
1 c Persimmon pulp mixed with:
1 ts Baking soda
1/2 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Cinnamon
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 c Raisins
1/2 c Chopped nuts
1/2 c Milk

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine ingredients and pour into molded pan.  Bake at 350 F for 1 hour (or
til done).  Serve warm with lemon sauce, hard sauce or vanilla ice cream.
