1 Onion, sliced
1 lb Fish fillets, flounder
haddock or cod
1/2 t Salt
1/8 t Black pepper
2 T Oil
1 T Dry white wine
1/4 c Chopped nuts

INSTRUCTIONS

Spread onion slices over bottom of greased baking dish.  Lay fish over
onion.  Sprinkle with salt and pepper; combine oil and wine; pour  over
all. Sprinkle with nuts.  Bake at 350 degs for 15-20 minutes.  serves
3.  sugguested menu: Baked Fish, Artichole salad, string beans, rum
