If thankfulness does not move us to serve God, then we do not truly understand who our God is and what He has done in our behalf. Without gratitude for Christ’s sacrificial love, our duty will become nothing more than drudgery and our God nothing more than a dissatisfied boss.

Pineapple-Pecan Dessert Casserole

INGREDIENTS

1 #2 can pineapple, crushed
1 Box yellow cake mix
2 Sticks margarine, sliced
1 c Pecans

INSTRUCTIONS

Spread pineapple in a 9x13 in baking dish that has been lightly sprayed.
Cover with dry cake mix. Cover with margarine slices. Top with pecans. Bake
at 325° for 24 mins or until brown.
Serving Ideas : Cool-whip makes a good topping.
NOTES : This is an oldie but goodie for those who have not made it. There
are many variations.
