Pink Champagne Jelly With Brandied Grapes

| 4 | Floz Brandy | |
| 1/2 | oz | Gelatine |
| 4 | Floz white wine | |
| 2 | T | Sugar |
| 1 | Bottle Pink Champagne | |
| Cocktail glasses | ||
| Frosted grapes |
INSTRUCTIONS
Remove any seeds from the grapes. Leave to marinade in the Brandy. Dissolve the gelatine in the white wine. Add the sugar. Stir in the Pink Champagne. Set a grape in the bottom of each glass.
