16 ounce can of sauce with
cn, 6 0z tomato paste
oz Water, or less for thicker
1 ts Salt, optional
1 ts Garlic powder
ts Italian seasoning
ts Fennel seed
ts Onion powder
tb Sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

the ingredients and allow to set for at least 30 minutes  before use.
The Fennel Seed is a key to the flavor!! Fresh herbs in  season replace
the italian seasoning. Finely minced fresh onion can  replace the onion
powder. Ken's favorite -- omit the salt and add a  few chopped anchovie
