1/2 lb Plums, about 2
1/2 lb Nectarines, about 2
1/4 c Fresh orange juice
1 T Finely shredded fresh mint
leaves
1/2 T Sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

Halve and pit plums. Cut plums into thin wedges and in a bowl toss
with remaining ingredients. Chill plum mixture, covered, stirring
occasionally, at least 2 hours and up to 8.  Yield: 4 servings
