Pork And Corn Bake

INGREDIENTS

2 Corn, whole kernel
2 Tblsp brown sugar
1/2 t Dry mustard
1 Envelope Shake n Bake
coating mix for pork
4 Pork chops

INSTRUCTIONS

Spoon corn into 13x9-inch baking dish. Add sugar and dry mustard to
bag of seasoned coating mix - then coat pork chops as directed on
package. Arrange chops in a single layer on corn. Sprinkle any
reamining coating mix over chops. Bake at 425 degrees for about 50
