Pork And Noodles In Peanut Sauce

INGREDIENTS

2 c Hot water
1 MAGGI 2 Minute Noodles
Oriental Flavour
2 t Oil
400 g Pork schnitzel, cut into
thin
strips
1 MAGGI Satay Sauce Mix
2 T Peanut butter
2 T Soy sauce
4 Spring onions, sliced
1 Bunc spinach, washed and
torn
into pieces

INSTRUCTIONS

Bring the water to the boil.  Break the noodles and add to the water
with the contents of the  flavour sachet. Cook for 2 minutes.  Drain
the noodles, reserving 3/4 cup cooking liquid.  Set the noodles and
liquid aside.  Heat the oil in a large pan.  Add the pork. Stir fry
over a high heat for 2-3 minutes. Remove and  set aside.  Combine the
sauce mix, reserved cooking liquid, peanut butter and soy  sauce.  Add
to the pan. Bring to the boil, stirring constantly, then simmer  for 2
minutes.  Add the noodles and pork.  Cook, stirring, for 2-3 minutes.
Add the spring onions and spinach. Cook, stirring, for a further 1
minute.  Serve with rice.  Converted by MC_Buster.  Converted by
