Pork Chops And Rice (p/c)

INGREDIENTS

4 Pork Chops
1 T Fat or drippings
4 T Uncooked rice
4 Onion
4 Green pepper
2 c Canned tomatoes
1 t Salt
1/2 t Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Brown chops well on both sides in cooker in melted drippings. Place
rack under chops in cooker.  On each chop put a tablespoon of rice, a
slice of onion and green pepper, and a section of tomato. Add salt  and
pepper and cover with liquid from tomatoes. Pressure cook at 15  lbs.
pressure for 15 minutes. Reduce pressure immediately. Serve 4.  Posted
