Pork Chops Sweet Potatoes And Apples

INGREDIENTS

2 Pork chops, or 3 or 4
depending on size
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 Cooked sweet potatoes
peeled cut in 1/8s
1 Cooking apples, peeled and
sliced up to 2
1/4 c Brown sugar
1/8 t Cinnamon
1/8 t Nutmeg
1/4 c Water

INSTRUCTIONS

In electric frypan or large skillet, brown pork chops in Pam. Salt and
pepper to taste. Move chops to one side of pan. Add sweet potatoes and
apples. Sprinkle with brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Add water.
Cover and cook over Low heat until apples and potatoes are tender.
