Pork Chops with Apple-Thyme Marinade

INGREDIENTS

1 cn Frozen apple juice concentrate (6 oz.); thawed
1/4 c Cider vinegar
3 tb Soy sauce
1 ts Dried thyme; crushed
4 Pork loin chops
Salt and pepper; to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine juice, vinegar, oil, soy sauce and thyme in a shallow glass dish or
heavy plastic bag. Add pork; cover dish or close bag. Marinate in the
refrigerator up to 8 hours turning pork once or twice. Remove pork from
marinade; discard marinade. Season pork lightly with salt and peper.
Oil grill to prevent sticking. Grill pork on covered grill, over medium
heat, 8 to 14 minutes, turning once.
