Pork Chops with Mustard and Dill

INGREDIENTS

4 Center loin pork chops, boneless, trimmed
1/4 ts Salt
1/8 ts Pepper
1 tb Dijon mustard
1 tb Fresh dill, chopped
2 ts Olive oil
1 ts Garlic, finely chopped
2 tb Dry bread crumbs, unseasoned

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat broiler. Flatten chops to 1/2" thickness, using meat mallet or bottom
of heavy skillet. Transfer chops to broiler pan; sprinkle both sides with
salt and pepper. Combine mustard, dill, oil and garlic in small bowl.
Spread evenly over chops. Sprinkle evenly with bread crumbs. Broil chops 4"
from heat for 5 minutes or until just cooked through.
