Pork Chops With Rice

INGREDIENTS

4 Pork chops
1/4 c Soy sauce
1 c Water
1 c Uncooked rice
1 c Cream of mushroom soup

INSTRUCTIONS

Brown pork chops. In saucepan, simmer the soy sauce, rice, soup and
water for 8 minutes. Pour into a baking dish. Place pork chops on top
of rice. Bake at 350    degrees for 45 minutes.  From a collection of
my mother's (Judy Hosey) recipe box which  contained lots of her
