Pork in Wine Sauce

INGREDIENTS

90 g (raw weight) pork fillet
1 tb Red wine (55kJ)
1 Crushed clove garlic
1/2 c Water
1 Chicken stock cube (50kJ)
1 ts Cornflour (50kJ)

INSTRUCTIONS

90g ( raw weight) pork fillet, marinated for 1 hour in 1 tbsp red wine
(55kJ) and 1 crushed clove garlic. Spray non-stick pan with cooking spray
add pork fillet and "fry" until lightly browned and cooked through (10-15
minutes). Remove pork from pan. Add remaining marinade plus 1/2 cup water,
1 chicken stock cube (50kJ) and 1 tsp cornflour (50kJ). Stir until
thickened. Serve over pork. 2-3 cups steamed vegetables. 100g sweet potato.
NOTE: THIS MAIN MEAL CONTAINS 155 OPTIONAL KILOJOULES FAT . 4.5 grams FIBRE
= 11 grams
