Pork Kabobs

INGREDIENTS

12 oz Beer
1/2 c Orange marmalade
1/4 c Sugar
1/2 c Soy sauce
1 Clove garlic, minced
1 1/2 lb Lean, boneless pork, cut into 1" cubes
16 lg Fresh mushrooms
8 Pearl onions, peeled and blanched
1 lg Green pepper, cut into 1" pieces

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine first 5 ingredients. Add pork, and stir to coat; cover and marinate
in refrigerator overnight. Add vegetables to marinade one hour before
cooking. Stir to coat. Alternate meat and vegetables on metal skewers.
Grill kabobs about 6 inches from medium-hot coals for 20 minutes or until
well done, turning and basting often with marinade.
