In strips
1 ts Vegetable oil strips
1 Clove garlic, minced

INSTRUCTIONS

Stir fry sliced pork loin w/ vegetable oil, pepper & garlic.  Serve over
hot cooked rice w/ soy sauce or sweet & sour sauce.
