Porkies with Tomato And Chilli Sauce

INGREDIENTS

4 Potatoes; peeled and cooked
1 1/2 c Finely grated tasty cheese
1 ts MAGGI Garlic Stock Powder
1 Egg yolk; beaten
8 Pork sausages; cooked
2 tb Tomato sauce
1 Bacon rashers; cooked and diced (1
To 2)
; (optional)
1 pk MAGGI Spicy Italian Sauce Mix
1 c Water
2 ts Tomato sauce
1 ts MAGGI Chilli Sauce; (1 to 2)

INSTRUCTIONS

Push the potatoes through a sieve, or mash well.
Stir in the cheese, stock powder and egg yolk.
Split the sausages lengthwise, leaving the 2 halves joined together at the
base.
Spread the cut surfaces with the 2 tablespoons tomato sauce.
Spoon or pipe the potato mixture into the sausages.
Sprinkle each with diced bacon if used.
Place the sausages in an ovenproof dish.
Cook in a preheated oven, 190 C, for approximately 15 minutes or until the
potato is golden brown.
While the sausages are cooking, prepare the sauce following the packet
directions.
Remove from the heat and stir in the tomato and chilli sauces.
Serve the sauce with the porkies.
